Wynn Resorts, Full House Partner for Indiana, Colorado Sports Betting

Full House Resorts and Wynn Resorts have recently inked a partnership agreement to allow the latter to operate mobile and online sportsbooks at Full House’s properties in Indiana and Colorado. The Las Vegas-based Full House Resorts Inc. currently runs a total of five casinos in four states. Over the past few months, it has been planning on expanding offerings through partnerships with other industry leaders. Its new partnership with Wynn Resorts is now set to propel the company’s shares significantly.

“Wynn Resorts is renowned for its unparalleled focus on guest service and as the premier operator in the gaming industry.  We are thrilled to see them bring their unique vision to the online space, beginning with the residents of — and many visitors to — Indiana and Colorado,” Daniel R. Lee, Full House Resorts President, and Chief Executive Officer, said.

The press release also shed the light on the plans that the partners have for the wider United States sports betting market.

Plans for Indiana

Sports betting was just recently legalized in Indiana as part of a larger gambling overhaul. It saw the state’s first retail sportsbooks go live at the beginning of September. This was followed by the launch of legal digital operations on October 3.

In the state, Full House currently owns and runs the Rising Star Casino Resort that is located in Rising Sun. Wynn Resorts is now going to power the casino’s mobile and desktop operations. No retail sports betting option is available at the facility at this time. However, Full House has already inked a partnership with BetAmerica for that.

Capitalizing on Colorado’s New Market

Unlike in Indiana where Full House and Wynn Resorts may get to reap the fruits of digital sports betting in just a few week. Unfortunately, in Colorado, it will be a while before the same happens. Colorado has not legalized sports betting yet – voters in the state will be deciding on whether or not the gambling vertical should be legalized on November 5. While it is too early to tell how the vote will play out, the two companies are pretty confident in the possibility that sportsbooks will be legalized.

In the state, Full House Resorts currently operates Bronco Billy’s Casino that is based in the city of Cripple Creek. For its venture in the region, the gaming operator has also partnered with Smarkets, a mobile sports betting operator. This will be just one of the multiple skins that Full House hopes to utilize for its operations in both states.
