Pennsylvania’s gambling industry has, without a doubt, been one of the fastest-growing ones in the United States. The state boasts of one of the largest populations in the country which makes it a lucrative market for gaming and hospitality operators.

That said, gambling operators have been taking steps to get a piece of the pie by being part of it’s online gambling scene. So far, everything seems to be going quite well as the state has added lots of legal and regulated gaming options. We are just a little over a month into 2020 and the state has already added three new sites to its online gambling industry. Two of these are online casinos.

BetAmerica’s Online Casino

The Churchill Downs Incorporated-owned BetAmerica extended its footprint by launching an online casino offering that will operate alongside its online sportsbook. This online casino went online at the end of January 2020 and at launch, it featured over 40 table games and online slots. For fans of jackpots, the available online slot options include titles with massive jackpots.

“We are thrilled to expand upon our existing product offering in Pennsylvania and now give players a place to enjoy both online casino and online sports wagering from a single account,” BetAmerica President Ian Williams commented.

Players who have accounts on the BetAmerica online sportsbook will not have to create gaming accounts. New players, on the other hand, will need to go to the BetAmerica site and create player accounts before they can begin to enjoy the available games.

To create accounts, the players will have to provide their numbers, birthdays, address, as well as the last four digits of the social security numbers. Considering the operator’s excellent track record in terms of protecting its customers, Pennsylvanians should not worry about any of this information getting into the wrong hands.

BetRivers’ Offering

The online sportsbook is now live in Pennsylvania thanks to the partnership between Rush Street Interactive and Rivers Casino Pittsburgh. Just like in BetAmerica’s case, the new online casino will be linked to an existing online sportsbook – the Rivers Casino Pittsburgh online sportsbook. As such, players who already have accounts with the online sportsbook will not have to sign up again. Moreover, they will be able to seamlessly switch between the digital sportsbook and the online casino from whichever supported device they may be using.

As it stands, the online casino offers an amazing range of table games as well as a solid selection of online slots. There are, of course, plans to add even more gaming options on the site but the available options are certainly going to resonate well with Pennsylvanian gamers.
