Fast Track is doubling down on AI-powered player engagement with the launch of fully agentic workflows inside its Fast Track AI platform, a move that could further reshape how online casino and sportsbook operators manage CRM and retention.
The update positions Fast Track as one of the first major iGaming-focused CRM providers to move beyond AI-assisted automation into autonomous workflow execution, allowing operators to build and manage campaigns using natural language rather than manual configuration.
AI CRM Moves Beyond Basic Automation
The new functionality allows CRM teams to describe campaign goals conversationally while the platform handles the underlying execution. Instead of manually setting triggers, building player segments, configuring messaging logic, and coordinating multi-channel campaigns, operators can now rely on AI agents to interpret objectives, execute actions across systems, and adapt workflows in real time.
For iGaming operators operating in competitive regulated markets, that shift could significantly reduce the operational workload tied to player retention and engagement strategies. The company says the system is designed specifically for online gambling environments, combining real-time player data, AI-driven personalization, and automated orchestration within a single platform.
Retention and Personalization Become Bigger Priorities
The launch comes as U.S. and global iGaming operators place increasing emphasis on retention efficiency rather than pure acquisition growth. In mature online casino and sports betting markets like Pennsylvania, Michigan, and New Jersey, operators are under growing pressure to improve player lifetime value while managing rising marketing costs and stricter responsible gambling expectations.
That has accelerated demand for AI-powered CRM systems capable of delivering more personalized player journeys, automated campaign optimization, and real-time engagement tools. Fast Track said adoption of its natural language CRM platform grew rapidly after its launch in 2025, with most users now relying on the feature daily.
Chief Executive Officer Simon Lidzén said the company’s long-term vision is to build a fully self-learning engagement platform tailored specifically for iGaming operators.
AI As a Central Part of Modern iGaming Operations
The rollout also highlights how AI is increasingly becoming embedded across core online gambling operations, from CRM and gamification to fraud detection, player analytics, and responsible gaming systems.
Fast Track has spent several years building toward AI-native infrastructure, previously introducing real-time CRM tools, machine-learning personalization models, and AI-driven gamification features before moving into natural language and now agentic workflow systems.
